313@somerset Concierge Centre is located on Basement 1 and is open Sunday - Thursday 10am-10pm, Friday and Saturday 10am-11pm.
In an effort to streamline our Concierge services and move towards digitalisation, please note that the daily operating hours of the Concierge Desk will be revised as follows with effect (unless otherwise stated), from 1 January 2025:
• Monday to Thursday: 12.30pm to 2.30pm and 5.30pm to 8.30pm
• Friday to Sunday: 1pm to 8.30pm
