Siong Tong Gai  

Siong Tong Gai was founded in 2008 and is famous for its first fresh steam fish in superior broth in Malaysia. The soup base is made from fresh ingredients and an original secret recipe developed by the founder who has been trying and updating it for 30 years. When the soup and fresh fish are integrated, the fish meat is smooth and tender, and the soup is delicious and mellow. Many customers queue up for this treasure, just to taste this heavenly delicacy.

Siong Tong Gai set up a central kitchen in 2017. All sources and vendors must go through the head office's screening ensures and promises that all our outlets use only live fish and fresh ingredients. Both quality and taste presentation are strictly controlled. At the same time, an experienced management team strictly controls each department, from operations to services. As well as the color, aroma and taste of every dish must meet the requirements.

We will continue to work hard to ensure high quality and innovative taste of dishes. Grow in learning and flourish in growth, Siong Tong Gai aims to make our slogan "Your Wish Our Fish" go around the world.
